The Shepherd Youth ProgramDenny Brown, CoordinatorShepherd of the Hills has various groups for young people to socialize and to grow spiritually. We offer Youth a welcoming environment where they can grow in their understanding of self, faith, and their relationships with family, friends, community and God. Teens participate in the whole life of Shepherd through worship, music, and drama, serving communion, helping as acolytes or teaching Church School. Our youth are also involved in service projects, fellowship and prayer. Youth Mission StatementShepherd of the Hills is actively involved with our youth. Our mission is not to convince or convert. We would like to provide a foundation for our young people to find their faith. A safe, trusting environment for conversation and recreation. |
 The Future Looks BrightOur Youth Ministry program includes weekly activities for youth, grades 7th-12th. Led by our Youth Coordinator, Denny Brown, we explore our faith and participation in the church community - as well as our physical community - including mission projects, enriching our secular lives with faith, and fellowship. Vacation Bible SchoolVBS is offered each June for one week. It is a time of fellowship, play, Bible study, and song. At the end of the week, the children help to lead worship on Sunday morning.
